The exclusive global license rights for United States patent (# 8,285,648 B2), South Korean Patent (#10-1309594), Canadian patent (#2664680), and European Union patent pending (#EP2080158) were secured by Verify Smart Corp.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Verify Smart Corp is a publicly traded company, OTC pink. Verify Smart has exclusive rights for two-factor and multi-factor authentication (2FA and MFA) in the United States, Canada, and South Korea, with and patent pending in the EU. These patents have been licensed to banks, telecommunications firms, Internet service providers, including Microsoft by Verify Smart.

January 2023

VERIFY SMART TERMINATES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT WITH PERSEVERANCE CAPITAL PARTNER (PCP)

Verify Smart terminates Agreements for default, due to non-performance by PCP. The termination of the Agreements is specifically related to the default of several contractual deliverables and funding milestones due from PCP. We advised PCP of our intention to terminate the Agreements December 31, 2022 and after waiting the appropriate period of time per the Agreements, and PCP not having presented a mutually acceptable resolution, we formally terminated the Agreements on January 16, 2022.

VERIFY HIRES A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND RETAINS SECURITIES COUNSEL

Verify is pleased to announce the retention of Jeffrey Stein, Esq. and his firm as its new outside Securities Counsel. In this role, Mr. Stein will oversee all legal affairs related to securities law for the company.

Verify also appoints a VP of Communications and CCO, Annamarie Seabright; a new COO, Adam Becker; a new CMO, Anastasia Marie; and appoints Stewart Goodin to the position of CTO.
